Stayed here more then 4 times and the place is always clean with modern fixtures, love the refrigerator that plays music while I’m cooking or just relaxing. The third floor patio is amazing with the view of downtown Fort Worth..

This is a great house. We booked it for 4 of our employees working in the area for an extended period of time.

I had very clear instructions which were easy to follow. The suggestions that I have, did not affect my rating as I found the property to be absolutely acceptable. Parking in the garage was scary at first but actually was not that bad. When I arrived at the property, it was clean and very welcoming. The only suggestions I have are Clothes hangers: there was none in the property and very limited storage spacer or drawers. I went to Dallas for a conference so I needed to hang my clothes up. I ended up purchasing some hangers and I left them in the apartment for the next person. Towels: There was only one face towel and two large towels. I do not use the same face towel daily so I purchased more face towels. I was just me but I couldn’t imagine there being more than one person and only one face towel. There was only one television and I would suggest putting a small one in the bedroom as most days were very long and I didn’t want to sit in the living room to watch tv. I did however appreciate the fact that the Netflix and Hulu was already signed in so I was able to watch my favorite shows without all the sign in trouble. Overall this was a great apartment and I’d absolutely rent there again.

We stayed for 6days and it was beautiful and spacious. Owner needs to include there is a master downstairs and possibly replace furniture and rug only in living room. But loved the beds, very comfortable and relaxing.

What a great spot and our host was very accommodating. We had an issue with the code lock and our host had it taken care of quickly.
We will definitely be back to visit our daughter at TCU.

We really did enjoyed our stay and the living arrangement were amazing. No major
issues and most of all I felt safe.
10/10 I highly recommend this location.

I enjoyed staying here! The condo was very conveniently located to the convention center where my conference was being held. It was bare, but comfortable and had everything I needed.
The bedroom is right off the courtyard so sounds from outside carry in. I had a couple of nights where loud voices woke me out of a deep sleep, but I get the sense that it was atypical for the location.
The host was largely responsive and even tried to help me track down a delivery gone awry.
