This AirBnB was the rare case when the place is actually nicer than the pictures. The home was very big and had lots of meeting and gathering space. It was furnished very nicely and spacious and contemporary. It was a lovely home and came with a very nice office on the main floor which was very useful. There are TVs in every room and the kitchen is very large. There is also a bonus covered patio in the back that is a wonderful gathering place - as long as the Dallas weather cooperates. Overall, we found the house very spacious and extremely comfortable. Also, the host is very responsive to messages via the AirBnB app.

Todd's place provided a fabulous homebase for our extended family while celebrating our son's wedding. With multiple gathering spaces enhanced by natural light, ensuite bathrooms for each of the five bedrooms, plenty of dinnerware and cooking supplies, an empty (& clean) two-car garage, and outdoor spaces to enjoy, this home checked all the boxes!
Our family enjoyed preparing meals in the spacious kitchen, playing cards around the kitchen table, conversations relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, tabletop shuffleboard competitions, and walking down to Lower Greenville for lunch, dinner, macarons, & ice cream.
Todd's attention to the property helped create a highlight reel of wonderful memories!

Had a great weekend stay here! Was perfect for what we needed

Perfect little apartment in a cute neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The balcony is perfect for a couple of coffee or glass of wine. Parking took a bit to locate, but was easily resolved with a quick call. Minor improvements: the place could have been cleaner with a few more pillows and a blanket.

Everything was good, property could use some cosmetic repair but nothing major. The shower head in the master bathroom had very low pressure.

No issues, stay was nice.

Very spacious bedrooms with a great view of downtown Dallas, free secure garage parking, comes with the usual dishwasher, washer / dryer combo, fridge and coffee maker. I do wish there was coffee. However, just across the street is Lorenzos where you can get great coffee and breakfast in the morning. This location is very convenient to downtown for business purposes. You can actually walk (except when it is very hot or very cold). Given the opportunity, I will stay here again.

This listing was perfect for our family vacation to the Dallas area! The house is very spacious and allowed for us to eat meals and relax together with ample space. There are also some great restaurants in close proximity. I would definitely look to stay here again!
