The place was very clean and close to Downtown Dallas. I would highly recommend booking this location, especially for group travel

Good location, lots of local bars and diners. Plan ahead if you want to drink Liquor. Only beer and wine stores in walking distance.

Beautiful house. Quiet neighborhood but good access to local businesses. Less than 10 minutes from downtown (driving). Perfect for a bunch of people who don't want to share beds. Very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

This house is excellent! Very clean and newly renovated. The finish out is gorgeous. The back yard is awesome, although we were unable to use it due to rain. But we are already planning to come back to enjoy the pool! There was so much space loved the 2 sectional couches, made everything very cozy! 😍

This is a great house and exactly as pictured and described – and we thoroughly reviewed, scrutinized and analyzed every detail before settling on this as our option. It more than comfortably accommodated our group of 8 with ease and made us all feel right at home. Great modern updates, clean space, quaint, comfy, and convenient location. Heath is a 5-star host as well. He was quick to respond, resolve any issue and easy to work with throughout entire process.
