It was a beautiful apartment. Lots of space. All of the furniture was quite comfortable. The location was excellent if you’re doing anything at the hospitals. The host was incredibly understanding and flexible. I ran into issues around checkout. When I arrived, there were some issues with the cleanliness. It seemed as if it was just a poor job done by the cleaning service provider and not anything to do with the property itself. The street noise is very loud. I was not informed that there was no elevator access until the day of my booking, which was incredibly inconvenient for my disabled child. There’s very little insulation between the neighbors upstairs in the unit. Every step that was taken or item that was dropped in the unit above , was heard throughout the entire unit. The rooms do not get dark, even at night because there is a light shining in the bedroom window and the blinds do not close enough to keep out light.

The place was very clean and the open kitchen-living-dining area was exactly what we were looking for. It was also really convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again when we visit Dallas. The home was lovely and the property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had.

The location is excellent to all the parks, AT&T stadium & Globe Life Field. Both airports are within 20 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet. You will need to bring your own spices, oils, etc., for kitchen. If you stay long-term you'll need dish soap & detergent. A cute welcome package is supplied. The appliances are new.

I read all the previous reviews. The house was perfect for our family and right around the corner from my daughter, so it was so easily accessible. As other reviews had stated the single bed bedroom. The bed was pretty squeaky, the bathroom definitely needed updating, and there is a lot of light that comes in through The Venetian blinds. It did not bother us as we did not live there. We were gone quite a bit, but it was perfectly efficient for our vacation. We definitely would go back and visit again at that location.

Our family was so pleased with the house. For starters, it was great to have garage access to park our cars and to load and unload without worry of weather. The location was quiet and easy to access and was walkable to our son’s home and a great nearby park. The house was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Loved the layout with plenty of bathrooms and a huge, well-equipped kitchen. The lighted tree inside was such a treat as was the wooden snowman outside. Also nice were the extra blankets (it was unusually cold the first few nights) and the laundry room. It was a great house and the hosts were attentive and friendly in communication. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
