Everything! It was the best equipped place we've ever stayed in. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The bath was a joy. Deep and hot. Not many places have baths these days. The terrace was great too. We hope to come again. We rented a Toyota Rav4. We couldnt get it into the garage. Ample parking on the streets so no issue.

Close to the beach and fun zone

We booked the place for a business besties get-together before a business event, and it was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the space was perfect for having lots of chats and masterminding. The kitchen was super well equipped to make ourselves breakfast every morning, and then we would enjoy it on the deck. The deck was perfect! Very quiet, with a great peekaboo view of the back marina, and there was a big umbrella that was perfect for covering ourselves from the sunshine while maximizing time outside. Finally, the location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Just 1.5 blocks from the marina, and 1.5 blocks from the ocean. And it felt safe and tranquil! We would 100% recommend it.

Wonderful place and location close to both the beach and restaurants. Management company was super responsive to all messages. Garage parking spot was pretty snug for a Chevy Malibu but street parking is fairly available, just watch the street sweeping signs

great location walkable to the beach and bay. tight parking area in the garage but glad we had it over the weekend. lovely roof deck with views of the bay. enjoyed the BBQ.

Amazing place near the beach. Convenient walk to beautiful sandy beaches near the pier.

Great little spot in Newport

So convenient to Balboa ferry and the bayside of the Newport peninsula and not far from the beach, this place is obviously not someone’s home but does have most of the basics for preparing a meal and it was clean. Very enjoyable stay overall…
